Sarah Robinson is a lifelong learner and educator. Formally, she was a public-school teacher and instructional leader in underserved communities of Denver, CO.
With a colleague, she started the non-profit Launch Network to close persistent opportunity gaps by redesigning schools, classrooms, and adult networks to better serve students and families. As an education consultant, Robinson now helps leaders across the globe build community-driven schools, infuse the power of untapped community educators into classrooms, and ensure all students receive an authentic whole-child experience to drive student outcomes. Robinson has been involved in family philanthropy for over 15 years with a focus on building relationships and creating exceptional education experiences. First, as a Director of a family training board, she learned the ins and outs of impactful philanthropy alongside her siblings, cousins, and grantees. Later as a Director and Chair at the Better Way Foundation, she focused on bridging cultural divides between foundations and partners through seeking to understand and authentic relationships. Robinson has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver and an M.Ed. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. |
