Ritt Kong is grants management associate as GHR Foundation. In this role, he provides support to ensure grantmaking operations, systems and data support the mission and strategic goals of the Foundation.

Ritt began his career at MicroEdge, as a pre-sales solutions architect, and was then a solutions engineer at Blackbaud. He managed the internal company product databases and was the subject matter expert for the grantmaking solution. He also worked in the corporations and foundations vertical as a solutions engineer, providing product demonstrations to foundations, corporations and non-profits, as well supporting the sales team. Ritt earned his bachelor’s of science degree in Biology at the University of Minnesota.
