Laurie Lafontaine was previously the vice president of finance and treasury at Allina Health System in Minneapolis, where she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, foundation accounting, hospital and clinic accounting, accounts payable, capital monitoring and reporting, real estate and treasury and capital structure. Lafontaine served Allina in accounting and finance capacities for more than twenty years, acting as interim CFO and CIO and vice president of audit services. She has previously served as an audit partner for Deloitte and Touche Twin Cities.
 
She currently serves as board chair and investment sub-committee member for Clearway MN, and as a member of the board of directors and strategic planning and business development committee and chair of the finance committee for North Memorial Health Care. She is also currently on boards and committees for Way to Grow,  Senior Community Services, Twin Cities R!SE, and Presence Health System. 

​Lafontaine has previously served on boards and committees for Bon Secours Health System, Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth, Girl Scout Council of Greater Minneapolis, Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities and United Way of Minneapolis.

Lafontaine earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota.
