Hazen Graves

Hazen Graves is a retired partner of the Faegre Baker Daniels law firm. For more than 30 years his practice concentrated on matters relating to charities and charitable giving. He advised nonprofit organizations of all kinds regarding nonprofit corporation and charitable trust laws, governance, tax exemptions, private foundation rules, director liability, charitable contributions and general nonprofit business matters.
Graves serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Dubuque and in other volunteer capacities for MacPhail Center for Music, Giving Voice Initiative, and Mayflower Community Congregational Church. He earned a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree in music from Yale University. |
