Molly Morton is the Senior Manager of the Office of the Chair at GHR, where she provides senior‑level strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chair and serves as a partner to the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, she strengthens best‑in‑class governance practices and fosters meaningful engagement across GHR’s board of directors and committees, and the leadership of five family foundations.

Before joining GHR, Molly built a diverse career across both nonprofit and for‑profit organizations. She has supported C‑suite executives, managed complex international travel and high‑profile events, and served as a marketing account executive leading integrated marketing campaigns in the travel industry and for leading corporations. These roles expanded her expertise in executive operations, communications, event strategy, and relationship management.

Molly earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations from the University of St. Thomas. She also holds the Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) credential, the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE), and is a commissioned Notary Public. She currently serves on the Minnesota Council on Foundations Governance Committee.
