Throughout her career, Kristine Rauenhorst has helped build and maximize high-performing teams for Fortune 50 companies spanning a wide range of sectors, including financial, retail, healthcare, and consumer. She specializes in business transformation, strategic planning, and sourcing operations, helping multi-national companies implement new business models, navigate change, and execute innovative strategies.
Rauenhorst currently teaches leadership and organizational development courses within the business management department at the University of St. Thomas, focusing on strategy, culture, and organizational behavior. Prior to consulting, Kristine spent nearly 15 years with Target Corporation and UnitedHealth Group developing global sourcing organizations and overseeing strategic corporate partnerships. Kristine has had the pleasure of serving on various non-profit Boards in the Twin Cities community, including the Fairview Foundation, Progress Valley and Twin Cities Big Brothers Big Sisters. Within the context of Rauenhorst Family Philanthropy, Kristine has served on the boards of Enkel, Seiben, The Better Way Foundation, The Opus Foundation and she currently serves as Chair of the Opus Prize Foundation. Kristine received her bachelor’s degree in marketing and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. She has also received an executive education certificate from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton. |
