For example, GHR issued more than $1 million this year in multi-year grants to non-profit partners in Cambodia, improving services for the most vulnerable children and families. This commitment enhances training and support for transitional foster care families, safe and supervised reintegration of children into their birth families, hospital-based crisis services for families facing serious medical needs and more. The 2015 annual report summarizes this investment alongside the impact of our other grants, highlights foundation grant making and examines the way forward.
GHR’s ongoing collaboration with dynamic partners in the field is leading to positive change. We are closer than ever to preventing Alzheimer’s, we have leveraged millions of dollars to catalyze global development goals in the Central African Republic, Catholic sisters are mastering social media to reach new audiences and we are in the early stages of understanding what innovative governance models can do to stabilize urban Catholic schools. The future is bright.
We are excited by what lies ahead and look forward to sharing what we are learning and how we are using that knowledge to make the world a better place.
